Just in case there’s an unknowing reader: Lotsa URLs are simply too long. There are link-shorteners like tinyurl and makeashorterlink around, but the one called clno has the advantage of actually making short links. Oh, and no ads.

Some people like to have now-playing boxen on their diaries. I don’t see the point, really. Most blogs are lame enough as it is without random music names thrown in.

Litt vondt i føtene etter å ha spelt innebandy barbeint i halvannan time i går, og litt trøytt etter ølet i kjellaren i går kveld og kvelden før det, på den internasjonale brennevinsdagen utan spritløyve. Men elles går det slik tolleg bra. Skulelinux-sleppefest i kveld er det også, og fint vér er det også, sjølv om det er litt varmegrader, og ikkje litt kuldegrader som i går.
Ick. Getting to Houston on time can be hard, according to Kilroy. It’s goddammit expensive, too. Nearly 9000 NOK for a roundtrip ticket. Geneva is a hell of a lot cheaper, fixed ticket available for less than 2000 NOK. And they pay the trip, too. But it’s in Europe. Then again, non-English. Dammit! Choice! Hard!
So, rememeber I told you that I applied for a summer student position at CERN? Got it. Now, bloody hell. Do I go to Houston or Geneva? Best problem I can remember having yet.
And so, a tenth planet has been discovered (maybe), the world is insane as usual, I’ve been fiddling with the thesis and gotten drunk inbetween. Look, you bomb-builders. How hard is it to understand? STOP-MURDERING-PEOPLE!
